Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mountco.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the courier fees for any refunds or exchanges of products will be for the customer's own account. Free shipping does not apply for returns or exchanges.

Damages, Factory defaults or incorrect items sent.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as nutrition) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for nutrition, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please note that the courier fees for any refunds or exchanges of products (Other than damaged goods or factory defaults) will be for the customer's own account. Free shipping won't apply on any item. All shipping costs will be for your own account.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT or gift card. Please note that if a gift card is not selected as the method of refunding, there will be a 7% handling fee levied. We can unfortunately not refund any courier costs. Courier fees for refund of products will be for the customer's own account, including the courier fee of shipping the item to you that might have been free shipping(R150) Refunds will only be done to the value of the items purchased minus all courier fees. It can take up to 7 working days to process refunds.
Warranty Claims
